MBTA and Bike Parks BC to meet with Tourism BC to discuss 2007 initiatives
A group of lift accessed resorts operating collectively as the Bike Parks of BC (BPBC) and the MBTA will discuss plans for the coming year now that a very productive 2006 marketing campaign is coming to a close. 2006 saw many new initiatives focused on building awareness of British Columbia's diverse lift access bike park product in both the North American and UK markets. Print ads in all of the top mountain biking magazines, features in four Ride Guide TV episodes, large BPBC posters for bike shop and event distribution, BikeParksBC.com website, market research and representation at four major North American bike exhibitions including Sea Otter and Interbike were all part of the extensive and collaborative campaign.
